What is the expected delivery time?Items in stock are generally shipped within two working days. Transit time varies by destination and transportation method.

What about shipping charges?Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, product weight and dimensions, destination address and shipping method. Due to inherent variances in order size and transportation costs, we are unable to publish shipping rates. Don't hesitate to get in touch with one of our sales representatives for freight estimates.

Why choose glass for packaging purposes?The materials in glass have no physical effect on the products stored in it. Glass itself does not give off or absorb any product. Therefore, it has no influence on taste or aroma. In addition, this material is water- and gas-proof, has a high resistance to chemicals, and can be sterilised easily. On top of that, glass is 100% and endlessly recyclable.

How is recycled glass integrated into the production process?Up to 65% of the raw materials used in glass manufacturing process are made up of recycled glass. Using recycled glass reduces emissions, lowers consumption of raw materials, and saves energy.

If several bottles have the same neck finish, does the same closure fit each of them?Although most closures fit multiple packaging, this is not always the case. This is because there are different lengths of dip tubes. It is important to ensure that you choose the right pump for the bottle. If you have any doubts about choosing the right combination, feel free to reach out to us. We will be happy to assist you.

Can the seals be used for of any type of jar, no matter its contents?The seals on our website are only intended for use with dry products. Our seals cannot be used with any liquid products due to the possible interaction with the adhesive used. For cosmetic products, it is recommended to choose either a disc liner or an aluminium seal.

Can I also order closures in other colours than stated on the website?
Our website shows the closures we keep in stock to ensure reliability and fast delivery. We can also supply closures in almost any colour. Please note that a minimum order of 10,000-50,000 pieces is needed (depending on the product and the supplier). We will be happy to discuss other possibilities if you require a different colour.
